We are looking to import HMS 1&2 (80:20). 1. COMMODITY: HMS 1 &2 (80:20) Used Rail Scrap 2. QUANTITY : Minimum 500 metric tons Maxi. 1000 M.tons Every month. 3. ORIGIN: USA, U.K. 4. PACKING: Container. 5. CONFIRM PRICE: USD 275.00 C.I.F India. 6. PAYMENT: 100% Sight Letter Of Credit of 1st Class Bank 7. YARD VISIT ALLOWED FOR THREE PEOPLE 8. Specification: Seller issues FCO , Buyer present LOI; if term are accepted. Seller issues draft- Contract. Buyer and seller negotiate terms of contract. Once accepted buyer YARD VISIT ALLOWED FOR THREE PERSON. Signs the contract and Open a letter of credit / seller send 2% P.B to Activate the L/C. Inspection: By SGS on seller Account for quality & quantity. QUALITY & QUANTITY TERMS: After the arrival of the goods at destination if the goods are found to be missing or the specifications, quantity and quality not in conformity with those specified in this MOU The buyers shall lodge claims against the sellers.
