Steps to followed in deal of copper material

1) Identify the Buyer.
Buyer should be actual user of copper material and should be able to produce user certificate. Buyer should be in the business of melting copper and converting it in to copper parts or copper strips, copper conductors, copper cable or copper wires etc.
If not; he should have tie-up with actual user and the actual user should give copy of certificate and letter in favor of our owner.

2) Get the interest letter (As per format attached). And user certificate.
3) Material Inspection and collection of sample.
4) Testing of sample by client.
5) Meeting of Buyer and Seller.
6) Signing of MOU.
7) Opening of L C by Buyer.
8) Payment of service charges.
9) Lifting of Material.
10) Closing of deal
