Our end-user is the PetroChina. In order to satisfy their needs, we would like to purchase Used Rails as much as we can.

Before committing 12-months contract, we would like to place a trial/spot order for 1,000 MT. Upon successful shipment, we will sign the contract for larger quantity. 30,000MT/month x 12 months. Please let me know your fair price.
