Brass with foreign attachments, located at Kapolei, Hawaii; to include but not limited to: lamp fixtures, valves, pumps, connections, weight includes dunnage (crates and attachments), all scrap in this lot requires mutilation by the buyer prior to removal if allowed by the installation or mutilation must be witnessed and certified by DOD surplus personnel (POC is verna talia @ 286-6199) on site or at another facility, title to material does not pass to buyer until the scrap has been mutilated, buyer agrees to allow us personnel to witness mutilation.
