I deal in scrap steel. I have few purchasers for scrap steel HMS 1 & 2 in the ratio 4:1. I need approximately 30,000 Metric Tons per month. Repeatable for up to 12 months. Must be able to ship to Busan city in South Korea with out any breaks during the contract period. Need best price. Contracts can be signed for up to 12 months. Need fixed price during 12 months.
