Dear Sir,

I am the consultant in Gujarat, India.

My Client requires the below mentioned scrap.

1. HMS 1&2 (Approx. 3000mt - 4000mt) with revolving LC of 1000mt.
2. Used Rail (should be cut length below 1mtr each)

Our terms: As this is our first deal with you, below documentation and formalities are mandatory:

Before signing contract and/or opening LC, it is essential to provide us following documents by the seller or supplier:

1. Past performance – BL copies Or
2. Proof of Product duly signed and attested by Chamber of Commerce.
3. Scanned copy of Certificate of company registration with their local Government dully certified by Chamber of Commerce.
4. Personal Inspection of Material at the Yard.
5. Latest Pictures of Material. Not Older than two days.
6. No Advance Payment will be made.
7. Price should be in US dollars, FOB Local port or CIF India Port.
8. Total Availability of material.
9. Please also mention what will be my commission.
