Description:
The seller can offer you 30,000 mt of hms1&2 & used rails: European source, including eastern Europe, Holland and Malaysia (seller's option),
price: $300 mt cif aswp major port. 30000-60000 mt. (prices subject to change without notice). (60000- 90,000 mt monthly price is $290 mt). Also offers boatload of 15000 mt monthly under a yearly contract @ $310 mt cif aswp. Add-ons allowed $2 added to the price for each $1 of added buyer's broker commissions. Base price includes $1 mt buyer's broker commissions.

buyer's procedures:
1- buyer submits LOI (letter of intent) and either bank soft probe authorization letter or bcl (bank comfort letter) ICPO with soft probe attached above.
2- buyer receives contract from seller, with electronics copy regarded and treated as original for his review adoptions.
3- irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, monthly revolving documentary letter of credit (LC) value 100% payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents to the buyers bank account.
a) The LC would be sent to seller's bank account and swift copy emailed to seller. Such LC will be valid for 15 months. the non operable L/c will become operable upon the seller's issuance of a 2% performance bond.

b) buyer will send draft copy of l/c to seller with 5 business days of signing
contract. Contract has to be signed and returned to seller within 3 business
days.

4- The seller's bank shall issue the fully operative 2% performance bond to buyer's bank. Such performance bond will be valid for 15 months.
a) once l/c is operable, seller will issue POP and will allow visit to seller's yard(s).

5- The 1st shipment will begin no later than 20 days from the date of issue of the irrevocable, confirmed at sight, monthly revolving documentary l/c confirmed by current ranking top 50 western european world bank.

Inspection:by sgs at loading port.
