SPAN-PACK(polystyrene pellets) : Products
SPAN-PACK® is the trade name for a range of loose-fill expandable polystyrene pellets.
SPAN-PACK® is sold in a non- expanded pellet form making it easy and economical to transport to expanding facilities.
SPAN-PACK® product is packed in 900 and 1000 Kgr. cardboard octabins.
SPAN-PACK® resin contain a blowing agent (pentane) in levels between 4 and 6% which allows our customers to expand the resin down to bulk densities as low as 3,8 Kgr./ m3 depending upon product grade and processing equipment.
SPAN-PACK® combines good flow properties with a interlocking capacity.
SPAN-PACK® is a a very light weight polystyrene loose-fill.
SPAN-PACK® grades are sold with an anti-static coating.
SPAN-PACK® grades are low steam consumption.
SPAN-PACK® Colors are usually white. We supply other colors upon demand.
SPAN-PACK® achievable density is 3,6 Kgr/m3 in three expansion passes.
SPAN-PACK® is available in different shape configurations.
