No fishplates or steel pieces or bolts are attached to the used rails. All rails are clean and straight. No pitting. Only atmospheric rust. No heavy rust.
Payment Terms:
Buyer shall open an Confirmed and Available, Irrevocable, Transferable, - First Beneficiary – Unencumbered, Unconditional, Automatically Revolving renewed without new advice from the buyer to his bank and confirmed documentary Letter of Credit payable 100 % at sight in seller’s bank against presentation of shipping documents as per contract. Seller may accept Non-Transferable LC with banking fee.
The documentary letter of credit shall be negotiable and payable at the seller’s bank and shall be transferred by buyer’s bank directly to seller’s bank covering the shipped quantity of 50.000 m/t [+/- 5%] per shipment, payable per shipment basis per month until the total quantity has been delivered.
