South America (HMS only) Quantity: Yearly Contract Minimum 30,000 MT / month x 12 months- US$ 380/350 (Used Rail/HMS) CIF 60,000 MT / month x 12 months US$ 375/345 CIF 90,000 MT / month x 12 months US$ 375/345 CIF 120,000 MT / month x 12 months US$ 373/342 CIF 150,000 MT/ month x 12 months US$ 373/342 CIF Packaging: Loose bulk Inspection: SGS. Destination: Korea, Middle East, India. Spot Deal: Used Rails R50-R65 with spot deal 30,000 MT x 1 =USD 425/MT For HMS 1+2 with spot deal 30.000 MT x 1 = USD 400/MT Payment Terms: Irrevocable LC or DLC. All payment instruments must be confirmed by a Top 10 World Bank or Top 20 US Bank. Remarks and Procedure Letter of credit must be payable upon receipt of Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoice and/or SGS Quantity Inspections. Procedures: 1. Seller will issue draft contract and FCO. 2. Buyer signs contract 3. Buyer opens payment instrument. 4. Seller opens PB. 5. Shipment commences.
