Buy Offer Description:
At present, we have a requirement of HMS 1 (100%) steel scraps as per ISRI 200-202, not HMS1&2, if you can supply HMS 1 (100%), please send us soft offer with CIF Tianjin Port China price. The length must be below 1.5m.

This is a test order of 5000mt spot goods firstly.

By the way, buyer payment term is that after signing contract the seller's bank will issue a 2% PB to the buyer's bank and then the buyer's bank will reply with a 100% irrevocable non-transferable L/C at sight.
