Nordic Metalplast Sia is a young & dynamic company, located in Jelgava, Latvia. We design and produce semi-finished steel and rubber products for road signs, road safety and mobility. We believe technological update and constant personnel training are the keys to our success.

We focus mainly on products like rubber in forms of traffic cones, flexible delineators, rubber shock absorbers and speed bumps & crosswalks; semi-finished products like danger warning, priority, prohibitory, mandatory, indication, vertical panels, notice, pre-selection, direction, street identification, distance progression, localization, driving, lane use & variation, service, temporary, building site and corporate; carpentry in forms of arches & poles, safety barriers, stands, circular bases & brackets, overhead traffic signs and railings; safety mirrors in forms of shatterproof parabolic, reflective traffic and indoor surveillance; electronics in forms of warning lights, sequential light systems, light arrows (with LED (light emitting diode) technology), traffic lights, mobile traffic light systems, spare parts (for traffic lights), batteries, mobile warning trailers, electromechanical barriers, vehicle warning lights and traffic control devices; and miscellaneous other products like road delineators, clamps & supports, reflective indicators, road markers & studs, break-light elements, tapes & road measurers, striping machines, striping paints, first aid kits, posts & chains and various safety equipments like clothing, gloves, shoes and PPE (personal protective equipment).

We offer rubber in form of granules and we consume plastic in forms of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), LDPE (low-density polyethylene), MDPE (medium-density polyethylene), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polythene; and rubber in forms of butyl, granules, organic, rubble, unvulcanized compounding green tyres, unvulcanized compounding SBR-NR-BR (natural rubber with styrene-butadiene rubber & poly butadiene rubber), reclaimed, crumb and chemicals.

Nordic Metalplast Sia is perfectly structured to compete in international markets, from the experience and expertise of Blu Way Srl, a leading Italian company specializes in engineering and production of solutions for road signs, road mobility and safety. Mr. Martinangeli Esquilio (CEO) and Susanna Duranti (Commercial Director) with their wide specific knowledge, professionalism and expertise boast up a new project ‘decennial experience’ in field of road signs.

Our mission is “Growing while continuously improving production parameters and capacity, technological standards and cost optimization” and we strive to live according to our mission with intent towards achieving. Our aim is to become a leader in designing and production of rubber & semi-finished products.

We pursue continuous improvement in achieving high standards in terms of productivity and product quality for both rubber and metal scraps through automation and control of production process.

We had a great experience participating in an exhibition named – “BUDMA 2012”, held in Poznan.
