Recently we got a couple of mails on a company called Paperray cheating our members after taking an advance of 2000$ from one of the members. The guy involved is Joshua Taylor and the cmpany is PAPERAY LTD. paperayltd@hotmail.com

We had contacted this person Joshua Taylor, who said that his email id was hacked (?) and someone had used his email id to get the amount and he assured us that he had never known the gentleman Mr.Taun who said he had paid 2000$. We had investigated into this and found that Joshua Taylor have contacted Taun through the private message board (RIM PMB) and intentionally asked him to correspond with him outside RIM PMB, directly to his hotmail. We have tried several times to contact Joshua Taylor on this issue but he has not responded. Eventually his company is moved into the suspicious list which will be available to all our members by March 15th. There are several other companies which are moved to suspicious list every day. Please do not fall victims to the scammers. I have given below the facts and the email correspondence. Below in blue is the email showing that Joshua Taylor from Paperay has acknowledged who we are and that we requested samples. After this email I asked for the deposit back which was never returned to me. If they responded to you denying that they know me than it is obvious that they are lying about knowing me. Please let me know what other info you want. I'm very sorry about the delay. Normally the samples will be about 1 week by courier but there seems to be a problem here. The DHL here is not allowing chemical particles to pass through the Airport until further notice and I don't know when the issue is going to be  resolved.

Please I apologize for the delay and It seems that we cannot send the samples anymore by courier and that is very hard for us here, please try and understand.
The PET flakes can only pass through ocean freight, so we suggest that your client can make a trial order to be sure of the quality. If you can make a trial order as low as 50MT, we can accept that and payment can be reduced. Please explain this to your end buyer, even my CEO is apologizing here but we have been very busy sir.

Some people might have reportedly used our company names in illegal transactions but we assure you that we have never dealt with this person.

The person's claim might be right, but it never originated from our company as we never ask for advance payment and definitely no trough Western Union.

Some people might have had access to our email system but we definitely do not know about it.

This company is for sure a fraud. We sent them $2,000 as a deposit they required for PET flake samples. They never sent us the samples and instead tried to get us to wire $25,500 to them. We asked for a refund for our $2,000 which they had said was fully refundable. This deposit has never been returned to us. We actually found out that they did the same thing to a scrap metal business for about $10,000. I can supply copies of our emails and their company info including, CEO, address, bank account number, phone number, and email address.
