I have found an opportunity in my area for recyclable pickup. For some reason our waste management provider only picks up recyclables once every other week. There is an outcry for better service, but its not going to come. My questions concern recycling centers and interstate laws. First I have read many web-sites that suggests selling recycling commodities by the ton is a great business. What I haven't found is a local recycling center willing to pay for these goods. Is there an online directory of centers available? My second question is regarding the interstate shipment of recyclable goods, again is there any good online resources regarding the laws?
