Asian rubber futures settled higher on Monday as the Tokyo Commodity Exchange's sharp gains last week kept sentiment bullish. RSS3 futures on the Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand settled mostly higher, buoyed by last week's gains in TOCOM rubber and tight physical supply, said a Bangkok-based trader. Singapore Commodity Exchange rubber futures too ended higher, catching up with TOCOM's gains last week, as the exchange opened after a five-day break. Asian cash rubber prices were higher on strong demand and tight supply, traders said.
