Copper, tin up on higher LME

Copper and tin prices hardened further on the wholesale non-ferrous metal market on Tuesday on reports of overseas markets rise amid speculative buying by stockists and consuming industries. Tin ingot moved up further and quoted at Rs.820 instead of Rs.815 a kg. Copper wire scrap, copper super d rod, copper wire bar, copper mixed scrap and C.C. rod edged by Rs.5 each at Rs.380, Rs.400, Rs.405, Rs.360 and Rs.365 a kg respectively. Zinc slab and brass also went up to close at Rs.185 and Rs.138 a kg respectively.
