Shanghai copper stocks down 4%

Copper inventories in warehouses monitored by the Shanghai Futures Exchange fell 4 per cent from one week earlier, while aluminium inventories rose 1 per cent, the exchange said on Friday. Copper inventories fell to 95,976 tonnes from 100,217 tonnes a week ago. Aluminium inventories rose to 257,739 tonnes from 255,009 tonnes one week earlier. Zinc inventories fell to 117,706 tonnes from 118,012 tonnes.
