Mumbai, Oct. 22Select base metal prices recovered smartly on the non-ferrous metal market here today on the back of fresh buying from stockists sparked by firming of prices in London Metal Exchange (LME). Nickel rose Rs 15 a kg to Rs 970 and zinc by Rs 5 a kg to Rs 117. Brass utensils scrap and brass sheets cuttings also moved up by Rs 2 a kg each to Rs 219 and Rs 229.
