LME copper stocks fall

Copper inventories monitored by the London Metal Exchange fell the most in more than eight months. Stockpiles of copper dropped 3,400 tonnes, or 3.2 per cent, to 102,075 tonnes, the exchange said in a daily report. That’s the biggest decline since OCt.23. Nickel inventories increased 516 tonnes, or 5.5 per cent, to 9,882 tonnes, the highest since July3, 2006.
