Hind Zinc lowers lead price

Hindustan Zinc Ltd lowered lead prices by 18 per cent. The price was cut to Rs 58,000 ($1,189) a tonne from Rs 70,500, the Rajasthan-based company said on its Web site. Zinc prices were kept unchanged at Rs 63,400 a tonne. The company usually revises its prices every Thursday and Saturday.
