Nickel declines on global cues

The nickel prices declined on the local non-ferrous metal market on Wednesday on lack of industrial demand coupled with lower advices from London metal Exchange. Nickel dropped by Rs 40 per kg Rs2,250 from Rs 2,290, copper scrap heavy by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 322, copper cable scrap by Rs 6 per kg to Rs 332, Copper armature by Rs 7 per kg to Rs 320, copper wire bar by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 361, aluminium ingots by Rs 4 per kg to Rs 140, Zinc by Rs 3 per Kg to Rs 180, brass sheet cutting by Re 1 to Rs 257 per kg and lead by Re 1 to Rs 90 per kg. Tin firmed up by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 745.
