LME nickel stockpiles gain

Nickel inventories monitored by the London Metal Exchange gained the most in more than three years. LME-tracked stockpiles gained 1,446 tonnes, or 27 per cent, to 6,834 tonnes, the exchange said in a daily report. That’s the biggest one-day gain since Sept.11, 2003.
