The wholesale prices of tin and nickel fell by Rs 15 each a kg in the local market, tracking strong global markets. Tin ingot prices, which had gained Rs 50 per kg on Wednesday, fell by Rs 15 to Rs 1,035 per kg. Nickel plate 4x4 prices were down by Rs 15 to Rs 1,365-1,455 a kg. Lead ingot (Hindustan Zinc) lost Rs 10 at Rs 120 a kg. Mumbai: Nickel prices declined on the non-ferrous metal market on Thursday on lack of industrial demand. Nickel dropped by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 1,350 from Rs 1,360. Zinc looked up by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 115 from Rs 112 and brass sheets cutting by Re 1 per kg to Rs 264 from Rs Rs 263.
