Nickel declines on poor demand

Select base metals turned weak further in the wholesale non-ferrous metal market on Monday on poor demand from consuming industries along with increase offerings. Nickel plate 4x4, 9x9 and 4x24 remained weak and shed Rs.4 each at Rs.2,320-2,365, Rs.2,320 and Rs.2,320 – 2,380 per kg respectively. Tin ingot shed Rs.2 at Rs.808 per kg for want of support from solder makers.
